When you rent this car you benefit from our 12 years experience of building and servicing cars for the Mexican Road Race. 2009 we had four cars in the top 6 including first and second overall. The Falcons makes very good rally cars and has been dominating the Historic C class for years. They were rallied in Europe by Ford in the -60 and because of that there are lots of good parts that are homologized for these cars. For example, the legal weight is a lot less than the Mustangs. The light weight not only translates in a very fast car but also in less wear on parts, better brakes and so on.
This car is prepared from the ground up, just for the La Carrera Panamericana with all new parts. It has a Ford Motorsport 302 engine with a 4 speed Super T10 behind it. In the rear we are of course using a Ford 9 inch with limited slip. To stop the car there are Wilwood brakes in all four corners. This is a true “arrive and drive“ deal. You don’t have to worry about anything. You fly in to the start, the car will be there waiting foryou, fully prepared and ready to go. Because this race is so hard on the cars, we take everything apart every night to check for unusual wear or problems. If something is wrong, we carry a full supply of spare parts so you can continue driving the next day. After the race, the only thing you are left with are the wonderful memories of driving flat out on Mexican roads!

Bag O Nails is my 1966 Mustang GT 350 R clone built for me by renowned Mustang Guru Todd Landon with the intention of winning the Historic class on La Carrera.
The car was built from a bare shell in 2007 utilising the very best of everything, and with the possibility of reverting to FIA homologation spec after the event.
We ran the car in 2007 as a couple of British gringo rookies and promptly qualified the car 5th fastest overall.
For most of the event we were running in 4th place overall and won every day section until dropping the car off on Mil Cumbres, with no damage whatsoever, apart from dented pride, having had a lead of nearly 10 minutes.
The car completed the event finishing 2nd in Historics and 6th overall.
The car was then rebuilt and the engine was stripped – checked for any damage and then rebuilt and dynoed at 420 BHP + for the 2008 Carrera.
The records will show that we won historics and finished 7th overall, setting the fastest day times on all but 1 day.
This car is simply the best prepared, fastest and safest Historic C Mustang alive, and is now for sale to a serious competitor, with or without full on event support for 2009.
Only 3 events old and never even scratched.
Priced sensibly to sell at $95,000.00 a full spec sheet is available to serious buyers.

This car was specially built no expenses spared to run the Carrera Panamericana by David Loring Racing for IMSA racer Pierre Honegger who intended to run the race but circumstances did not permit it. Under new ownership the car successfully ran the race in 2006,finishing 4th in Sport Menor,25th overall.
The car is equipped with a full roll cage, fuel cell, Sparco Evo driver's seat, Corbeau passenger seat, fire system, 965-style close gate shifter, plastic windows, Simpson safety belts and louvered removable engine bay cover. The engine has a full flow oil system with an oil pressurized priming system and has been slightly detuned (compression lowered) to address the rigors of the Carrera Panamericana road race.
The car runs12-volt electrics with the required external on/off switch.
It has race gauges including Motometer tachometer, Terratrip and Peltor intercom. This Porsche rides on Fuchs wheels. Spares pack includes a full set of 4 wheels as well as a brand new race spec engine built by guru Duane Shasta.
